 Being contracted privately APPLICATIO plans and implements a study tour for human resource mangers form banks and telecommunication enterprises form Mongolia in February 2012. The participants will visit several human resource management departments and will participate in workshops on modern methods of human resource management.
The about 10 participants will visit human resource departments of banks chambers and associations and will participate in several workshops on human resource management in APPLICATIO's seminar center in order to get to know and use modern techniques of human resource management. APPLICATIO is repsosible for : - Planning of the study tour (time planning, logisitic, appointments)
- Implementation of workshops
- Planning and implementation of company visits incl. interpretation services
